Mohinder Sikka
CEO
Mohinder leads Sensitel's strategy and execution with the twin goals of reducing cost of product recalls and securing global supply chains. Prior to Sensitel, Mohinder was Senior Director of Operations for NaturipeFarms, the largest Blueberry supplier in US. Mohinder has held solutions leadership positions at OpSec security, a provider of anti-counterfieting solutions and i2 Technologies, a supply chain solutions company. Over his career, Mohinder has brought multiple innovative solutions to market such as Prestigious Automotive News PACE Award winning vehicle sequencing solution, Mill scheduling solutions and RFID infrastructure software.
Mohinder graduated as a Master of Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University and received his BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. Mohinder is an avid runner and recently ran the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington D.C.
Sudhakar Gopalakrishnan, PhD
Business Development
Dr Gopalakrishnan leads business development efforts at Sensitel. Sudhakar balances industry's requirements with the technological developments on the horizon and informs Sensitel's product roadmap.
Prior to Sensitel, Sudhakar led supply chain development for Cooligy, Product development for Emerson and business development for Ultriva. Sudhalar has a PhD from Alfred University, New York and a graduate of famed Indian Institute of technology, Benaras ( IIT-BHU).
Jatinder Arora, PhD
Life Sciences
Dr. Arora is an expert at Life sciences and helps develop solutions for BioPharmaceuticals and Medical devices industries.
Prior to Sensitel, Dr. Arora served as a project scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Labs, Berkeley ( LBNL). Jatinder also conducted advanced oncology research as a post doctoral fellow at Dana Farber Research Institute, Harvard Medical School, Boston.
Dr Arora has also designed novel varieties of rice, potato and mustard and is a PhD in Agricultural Biotechnology.
